Attorney Profile
James (Jim) McLean was admitted to the bar of the Washington Supreme Court in 1975. With over twenty years of immigration law experience, he currently limits his practice to immigration.
Jim graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 1975 with a J.D. degree (cum laude). In 1987 he earned an LLM degree in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Washington Bar Association and also a long- time member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Since 2005 Jim has been an adjunct professor of Immigration Law at Gonzaga Law School, and is frequently asked to speak on immigration topics in the Spokane area
